General

These conditions apply to taiminen.art (also referred as "service provider" or "Taiminen") online store. The owner of the service is Taiminen Art Oy.

Please accept these conditions before using our website.

The Content of taiminen.art

The service provides both digital and physical items for sale. Each item is described by images and descriptions.

 

User Liability

  • User must fulfill the requirements in the conditions of usage and

  • User is liable to use Taiminen online store in the boundaries of our rules.

  • Users are liable to give truthful information about themselves.

  • User accepts the payment- and delivery terms. 

  • User is responsible of illegal usage of copyrighted material of our site.

 

Our Responsibility

  • Taiminen Art is responsible of all content in taiminen.art (images, text, prices).

  • Taiminen Art is responsible of all content being within the boundaries of Finnish law.

  • Taiminen Art has the right to change/update/fix the content without notice.

  • Taiminen Art is not responsible of third party information.

  • Taiminen Art is responsible of all customer data and secure storage of data.

  • Taiminen Art does not give collected data used to maintain the shop to third party.

  • Taiminen Art has the right to terminate customership or cancel the order.

 

Intangible Rights

All the content in taiminen.art is copyrighted to Taiminen Art Oy. All illegal usage of copyrighted material is prohibited. Finnish law is applied to all copyright infrigments.

 

Secure Payments

Buying from Taiminen online store is secure. All sensitive data is transferred by SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer).

 

Prices and Product Information

The valid price is the price found on taiminen.art website when ordering. All prices include VAT according to the tax rate of the product.

The product price does not include any payment or delivery costs since the price is determined by the chosen payment and delivery method. Delivery and payment costs are shown in the online store at the Checkout immediately before sending the order and are charged in connection with the payment of the order.

Taiminen strives to keep the information on the price and product availability up-to-date and correct in the online store but does not guarantee nor is responsible for the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products. If the price in the online store is clearly incorrect, Taiminen reserves the right to terminate the contract. The price is clearly incorrect, at least when it differs significantly from the normal price level of a similar product or when the customer should have understood that there is a pricing error (e.g. if the price is EUR 0.00).

 

Delivery

We will deliver the order as soon as possible after the order has successfully been registered in our online shop. All orders are delivered from Turku, Finland. Our normal order processing time is 1–3 business days. If the order processing requires more than seven days or we are unable to deliver the product, we will notify the customer per e-mail as soon as possible.

 

Deliveries in Finland

Orders are delivered by Posti. Delivery fees depend on the selected delivery method. For small-sized deliveries, it is possible to select Posti’s Small Parcel, which is delivered home together with regular day mail. Parcels are delivered to the selected Posti’s service point or parcel locker. Taiminen reserves the right to send the order as a Small Parcel when the order meets the size and weight criteria, even if parcel has been selected as the order’s delivery method.

Pikkupaketti 4,90€
Postipaketti 6,90€
 

 

Returns and exhange

All our physical products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs for returns. You will receive a confirmation by email, once we have processed your product return. When the return has been processed, the customer will be reimbursed through the original payment method. 

Please note that digital products are not returnable nor refundable due to their nature.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another item, please return the purchased item and place a new order for the exchanged product. We will refund the payment for the first purchase as soon as the parcel is received.
