Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following payment types: 

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Debit Card 

  • ApplePay

  • PayPal 

  • Klarna

  • Invoice

 

All our payment methods are fully secure. All personal information (such as payment information, email and address) and payment details are protected by encryption and by an additional authorisation process.  

 

If you're having trouble finding a payment method that suits you best, please 

let us know. 

How do I return an item?

If your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital purchases made on www.taiminen.art are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the digital products here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

 

You have the right to return all physical products within 14 days of receiving the product. This only applies if the item is unused, in the same condition as the original and merchantable. If you want to return your product, please contact us via email info@taiminen.art

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we are able to cancel your order if you contact us at info@taiminen.art. (This does not apply to digital products as they are all refundable). If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product after it arrives.

How does pre-order work?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released yet or is not currently in stock. Payment is collected like a normal purchase and the products are shipped to you once available.

What do I do if my payment is not accepted?

There are many reasons for a failed card transaction. If your card has been rejected, you should contact your bank to find out why. We do not have access to your financial information and will not know why a card has been denied. If you do have problems with payment, you can contact us via info@taiminen.art

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. You can then use it to track your order on the courier's website. This does not apply to products that are sent on a simple envelope and that are delivered straight to your letterbox. 

 

Digital products are received via download link after the purchase.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping in Finland. We currently don't ship outside of Finland but we're working on it. Digital products don't need shipping and are offered worldwide.
